| 摘 要： | 以国内外贸企业为研究对象,运用因子分析的方法研究了其供应链管理成功的影响因素.结果显示,外贸企业供应链管理要得到成功,比较大的因素取决于"供应链合作关系的建立与协调"、"供应链柔性能力"和"信息系统的建立与使用",相对较次要的影响因素包括"供应链业务流程优化"和"高层管理者的理念、态度和支持".国内传统贸易公司可以此作参考借鉴,从而制定出适合自身公司情况的供应链管理改善方案.
