| 摘 要： | 从科技产出绩效综合评价入手,针对目前组合赋权科技综合评价方法的不足,提出了一种新的科技产出绩效评价方法,即通过因子分析法构建科技产出绩效层次结构模型,并在此基础上构建FA-AHP组合赋权模型.最后,运用该模型对我国内地31个省市科技产出绩效进行了实证研究,进而论证了其可行性和有效性.实证结果表明,77.4%的省市科技产出绩效评价值并未达到平均水平,这一现状亟需引起相关职能部门的足够重视.
