| 摘 要： | 以强化高校体育教育经费投入及预算为目的.采用文献资料、专家访谈、社会调研、比较分析等方法,系统分析了发达国家的成功经验,深入研究和探索了我国高校体育经费投入的现状和面临的发展机遇;提出了加强投入、开拓多元化的经费来源和加强预算管理是解决当前高校体育经费不足的有效途径.

| Abstract: | Adopting the methods of literature review, investigation, comparison etc., this paper analyzes the successful experience of several developed countries and probes into the present situation of the expenditure of university P.E. funds in China and opportunities for its further development in order to draw attention to increase the investment and strengthen the management of budget on university P.E. Moreover, it puts forward an approach to this problem, that is, to increase the investment on P.E., broaden the fund sources, and enhance the benefit of using the funds. |
