苏南农村私营工业园区发展探讨

私营工业园区目前已成为苏南村经济的新增长点和私营经济发展的重要阵地。发展私营工业园区具有多方面的积极意义,然而,私营企业向园区的聚集受到了各种因素的制约。实行行政管理与开发相分离,建立财政支持、技术指导和信息提供等服务体系,实行适度超前建设基础设施与滚动发展相结合,以产业优势定位园区,合理缩并行政村,是加快私营工业园区发展应采取的对策。

Exploring on Development of the Private Enterprise Industrial Parks in the Rural Area of South Jiangsu Province

The private enterprise industrial parks have now become the new growing sources and the important front of rural economic development in south Jiangsu area. Develop private enterprise industrial parks has positive meanings in varied aspects. However, there are some factors which restrict the development of the industrial parks. Separating administrative management from exploitation, building the service system of financial supporting, technological guiding and information providing, combining appropriate head-leading construction on infrastructure with rolling development, orienting the parks according to industrial superiority, and reducing the scale of the administrative village should be adopted as strategy to quicken the tempo of development of the private enterprise industrial parks.
