| 摘 要： | 行业高职院校转制实现跨越发展,必须创新人才培养模式,一要瞄准地方经济,以市场导向设置专业;二要根据岗位需求,创新课程体系;三要突出以技能培养为专业之本。本文以广州铁路职业技术学院转制跨越发展为模型,探索行业类转制高职院校创新人才培养模式的理论及实践策略。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational technical institutes should innovate the talents culturing modes to develop themselves quickly.Firstly,we should design market-oriented specialties.Secondly,we should construct the system of curriculum according to the market's needs.Finally we should emphasize the priority of skills development.The article analyzes the strategies in the developing process of culturing talented people in Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology,in order to provide useful theories and strategies for other institutes. |
