关于《思想道德修养与法律基础》课合并与分立的思考

《思想道德修养与法律基础》课是高等学校思想政治理论课程体系的重要组成部分。文章从教学内容分布不均、教学方法和考核形式上区别较大、对授课教师的专业背景要求不一致三个方面深入分析了应该将《思想道德修养与法律基础》课重新分立为《思想道德修养》课与《法律基础》课的现实原因,并对分立后的《思想道德修养》课与《法律基础》课在教学内容、教学方式、考核模式的改革方面提出了一些意见和建议,以期能对该门课程的改革有所裨益。

About the Combination or Separation of the Course of "Ideological Moral Training and Legal Basis"

The course of ″Ideological Moral Training and Legal Basis″ is an important part of ideological and political courses in colleges.In this paper,the author probes into the practical reasons why it is divided into ″Ideological and Moral Cultivation″ and ″Legal Basis″ from the uneven distribution of teaching content,the teaching methods and assessmet varying widely in form and the inconsistent requirements to the professional background of the teachers.After the seperation of ″Ideological and Moral Cultivation″ and ″Legal Basis″,the paper puts forward some advice in teaching content teaching methods and the reform of assessment model,in order to be benefical to the reform of the couse.
