| 摘 要： | 人工智能的深度发展将为档案管理带来一场全面而深远的变革。人工智能在档案界的应用将推动档案管理理论的发展与创新、倒逼档案管理模式的优化与转型、助推档案管理人员的改造与升级。档案界在运用人工智能推动档案管理工作发展时,应注意做到:来源上的优势发力、借鉴下的因地制宜、融合中的主次有别、运用中的包容开放。

| Abstract: | The in-depth development of artificial intelligence will bring about a comprehensive and far-reaching shifting of archives management. The application of artificial intelligence in the archival field will promote the development and innovation of theory of archives management, force the optimization and shifting of archives management work and enhance the upgrading of archivists. When introducing the artificial intelligence to promote the development of archives management, the archival community should pay attention to: taking advantage of archives collections, learning experiences based on actual needs, integrating the artificial intelligence into specific archives business scenarios and actively and inclusively accepting the new application. |
