| 摘 要： | 比较研究了中外职业体育俱乐部的融资形式和手段,对比国外职业体育俱乐部融资方式,我国职业体育俱乐部融资手段单一,融资渠道不畅;我国职业体育俱乐部与国外同行相比差距较大,融资能力是制约其发展的最主要因素,解决问题的根本出路在于进一步深化我国运动项目管理体制改革,推进现有的职业体育俱乐部走公司化(市场化)道路;同时,国家体育总局作为职业体育俱乐部的行业主管部门,要积极向国务院争取政策,为职业体育俱乐部在融资方式和渠道方面的创新提供支持。提出我国职业体育俱乐部融资可通过:1)母体公司上市;2)独立上市;3)境外二板市场上市等途径来实现。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the financing structure has been always the kernel of the financial management in the company. When the professional sport clubs are managed in the company, how to choose the ways of financing has become essential . Comparing the financing structure in professional sport clubs abroad and overseas ,we find that their foundation is not enough and their methods are unified .This influenced their further development. |
