教学团队中知识共享的障碍分析

摘    要:教师间的知识共享与否及共享程度将直接影响到教师行为的形成与发展,最终影响到教学团队质量的好坏。笔者从教学团队的概念入手,对教学团队中可共享的知识及特征、教学团队中知识共享的障碍进行分析,并提出共享策略。

Abstract:The knowledge sharing between teachers and sharing degree will directly affect the formation and development of teachers' behavior,ultimately affect the teaching team quality.This article analyzed the characteristics of sharable knowledge and knowledge sharing obstacles teaching team from the teaching team conception,and puts forward some sharing strategies.
