| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法,问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对河南省普通高校体育教师职业倦怠的状况及影响因素进行了研究,旨在了解高校体育教师职业倦怠的总体现状及影响因素,并为相关部门制订缓解体育教师职业倦怠的措施提供参考依据.研究显示:河南省普通高校体育教师目前的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重,情绪衰竭相对突出;职称、学校类型和受教育程度在职业倦怠一个或多个维度上差异具有显著性,性别在职业倦怠及其各个维度上差异不具有显著性.

| Abstract: | By literature consultation,questionnaire investigation and interview,this paper analysed the present situation of job burnout and its influencing factors in P.E teachers of genenral colleges and universities in Henan Province.The main aim of the research is to find out the actuality and developmental characteristics of job burnout of P.E teachers and to provide reference for some departments.The results show: The degree of job burnout of P.E teachers in high college in Henan province recently is not very serious.The core dimension-emotional exhaustion is high;The title of the technical post,education degree,style of college submit notable difference in one or more dimensions of job burnout. |
