| Abstract: | The thought of real option changes the traditional investment analysis method and the investment decision process.Because real estate investment is influenced by many uncertain factors,the investors face a lot of real options in the process of investment.Only by grasping the value resulting from uncertainty and taking advantage of the real option theory can investors obtain the optimal investment results. |
