| 摘 要： | 民国时期高师教育实习政策经历了继承清末政策、学习美国经验到探索适合本国师范教育实际的、三个过程的曲折阶段。总的来讲,高师教育实习政策内涵不断发展,高师教育实习政策、内容越来越具体、可行,高师教育实习政策的地位和作用不断得到加强。
