| 摘 要： | 学校是每一个人成长和发展的主要场所 ,学校文化应该丰富多彩。工业化时代的学校以追求数量和效率为目标 ,学校的文化内涵被弱化。今天 ,必须充分认识和丰富学校文化之于学生发展的价值。为此 ,要重新对学校进行定位 ,鼓励每一所学校走校本发展之路 ,重视学校课程和教师职业的专业化建设。

| Abstract: | School is the major place that each person grows up and develops;school culture should be rich and colorful.Since the goal of school in industrialization times with pursuit of quantity and efficiency,the cultural intension of school has become weak.Today,the value of school culture for students development should be fully recognized.Therefore,the goal of school should be reset,developing school culture should be encouraged,and construction of school course and specialization of teacher occapation should be emphasized. |
