高校教师视野下的高等教育质量保障与监控

作为高等教育大众化进程中的一项重要任务,质量保障体系的建立和完善始终受到社会各界的普遍关注。立足于＂中国高等教育质量＂调查研究,从中选取高校教师＂对教育质量保障与监控的评价＂的相关数据进行调查分析,就政府、高校、社会三方主体10个方面的影响因素进行重要性排序,结果表明：管理人员和教学人员评价具有一致性,其中重要的影响因素是政策法规、学术环境和教学科研条件,保障与监控主体的重要性排序依次是社会、高校和政府。

Higher Education Quality Guaranteeing and Monitoring from the Perspective of College Teachers

The construction and perfection of quality guaranteeing system is an important component in the popularization of higher education and has attracted prevalent attention from various circles of society.Based on the Survey of Chinese Higher Education Quality＂,the relevant data are analyzed as to college teachers＇ comment on the guaranteeing and monitoring of education quality.Ten factors concerning government,universities and society are sequenced according to their conceived influencing power.The result shows consistency between teaching staff and teaching administrators in their comment.The most important factors are considered to be policy and regulations,academic setting and teaching and researching facilities.As the guaranteeing and monitoring subjects,society,universities and government are sequenced with declining importance.
