| 摘 要： | 竞技体育的发展离不开"人、财、物"三大要素。"物"这里指的是体育场馆设施,是培养技竞体育人才的物质基础;"财"是培养技竞体育人才的经济基础,两者不可缺一。只有扩大资金来源渠道,合理配制和使用有限的财、物资源,为培养高质量、高水平、强竞争力的竞技体育人才奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The develop of athletics must need three factors: people,money,substance.The substance means establishment for sports.The money means economy basic for cultivating person with ability.Both aren't lacking.In order to cultivate person with ability with high quality,high lever and better competitor,we must enlarge the channel of fund origin,confect and use the limited money and substance in reason. |
