人格心理学视角下的教师职业责任心结构研究

摘    要:教师的职业责任心是指教师在与社会环境的交互作用中。形成的具有评价意义的反映教师对教育从业人员的责任承担程度的心理及行为的特征和倾向。通过考察教师在执行责任行为过程中所表现出的心理和行为方面的个别差异,教师的职业责任心可以分为三个环节:动力环节、操作环节和监控环节。

Abstract:Teachers' professional responsibility is the charaeteristics and trend to teachers responsibility' bearing level with evaluating significance in social public life. It can motivate teachers to work well. By studying the differences in mentality and behavior through the teachers' responsibility behavior, teachers' responsibility includes motivated step, operational step and supervisory step.
