浅谈民营企业高级职员绩效考评指标体系

摘    要:我国民营企业普遍缺乏科学规范的高级职员绩效考评指标体系,笔者根据定量考评与定性评价相结合的原则,运用KPI选取数量、质量、成本和时限为定量指标,选取德、能、勤为定性指标,系统地完善民营企业高级职员绩效考评指标体系.通过借鉴360度考评法确定定性指标的考评主体,并运用层次分析法确定考评体系指标的权重,对指标体系的具体运用进行了深入分析.
