Characteristics of Sports Dance Styles and Performance Capacity

The style of sports dance is the key factor of dancers＇ performances. Each kind of dance has its unique style symbolizing the history and cultural content. This paper collects about 10 styles of sports dance and indicates that great importance should be attached to cultivate the cultural quality and musical accomplishment of dancers and expression abilities of their body language should be improved to motivate the dancers＇ performance desires and confidence in order to raise the performance capability of sports dance styles.
