| 摘 要： | 加强农村文化建设是全面建设小康社会,繁荣社会主义文化事业的必然要求。农村文化建设是建设社会主义新农村的需要,是落实社会主义核心价值体系的需要,是自身文化发展的需要。加强农村文化建设要以社会主义核心价值体系为根本,加大投入力度,加强人才建设,建立健全各项保障机制以促进农村文化建设的持续健康发展。
