排舞运动进入地方学院体育课程的价值研究

排舞作为一种国际性的健身舞蹈,以其鲜明的风格和时尚性,风靡世界,已成为一种国际健身语言,近年来在国内也正越来越受现代都市男女老少的青睐,而排舞运动在我国高校鲜有普及,特别是在地处大山的地方高校还未普及。在以人为本,特别是强调高校体育课程丰富化、兴趣化、终身化的背景下,发掘研究排舞的价值,研究其在高校开设的可行性,并且能在大学生中普及推广这项运动。

The Value and Meaning of Introducing Line Dance Movement into Colleges and Universities

Line dance as an international fitness dance,with its distinctive style and fashion,swept the world,has become an international body language,in recent years in China is increasingly popular with the modern urban people of all ages and both sexes.Such a favored dance sport,however,is not popular in Colleges and universities in China,especially in local colleges and universities located in the mountains.In people-oriented background,with particular emphasis on the university sports curriculum enrichment,interest and life-oriented social background,the study explores the value,does the research in Colleges and universities about the feasibility to promote the sport in college students.
