| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法,对社会体育专业的培养目标进行研究,主要分析了社会体育专业的发展过程中存在的主要问题,研究认为社会体育专业需求与就业现实间存在较大差异,社会体育专业发展速度过快且招生规模过大,课程设置不合理,社会实习实践机制不够健全,提出"技能应用型人才"是培养方向,符合专业发展的实际情况,有助于学校人力资源和物力资源的节约同时符合社会的需求。

| Abstract: | The paper,using the method of literature,stidoes the cultivation target of social sports specialty,analyzes the main problems existing in the development process of social sports specialty.The study suggests that there is a big difference in social sports specialty demand and reality of employment,the development speed of social sports specialty too fast and the enrollment scale is too large;the curriculum is not reasonable;society practice mechanism is not perfect,.Then the study puts forward that ＂high-skill talents＂ is the training direction,fits to the actual situation with professional development,can contribute to the school of human and material resources saving and meet the needs of society. |
