| 摘 要： | 首先对黑龙江省高等学校现有科技成果转化现状进行了详细的调查和分析，指出了高等学校在科技成果转化工作中存在的一些问题，然后针对这些问题提出了黑龙江省高校要突出自己特色和重点，因地制宜，寻求适合自己的科技成果转化对策和模式。

| Abstract: | This paper has carried on the investigation and analysis ample to the current situation of transformation of scientific and technical results of the institutions of Heilongjiang higher education at first.And then it points out some defects in transformation of scientific and technical result of the institution of Heilongjiang higher education.At last it proposes some countermeasures of the situation.Institutions of Heilongjiang higher education should have outstanding characteristics and able measures for local conditions. |
