Analysis and Improvement of Leaking Cause for GA5201 Mechanical Seal

In the paper,in terms of shortness of lifespan concerning mechanical seal made of rubber in GA5201 blender,by the concrete analysis of materials,designing and running status of the mechanical seal,the main cause of leakage has been found.Furthermore,an improved measure has been put forward and adopted.Therefore,the problem of leakage of mechanical seal has been completely solved, so as to ensure machines to run safely,with lower cost and less air pollution.
