男女大学生职业生涯规划的差异性研究——基于对兰州大学90份大学生职业生涯规划作品的分析

本文运用社会性别视角,采用内容分析法,对兰州大学90份大学生职业生涯规划作品进行了分析,从自我认知和职业目标两个方面分析了男女大学生职业生涯规划的差异。研究发现,传统的性别意识对男女大学生职业生涯规划有一定的影响,大学生自我认知和职业目标的大多数内容符合传统性别观念对于男女的角色期望,女大学生在某些方面超越了传统的性别意识的束缚,体现出对性别平等的追求。

The Study of the Difference between Male and Female College Students'Career Planning——Based on the Analysis of 90 College Students'Career Planning Works in Lanzhou University

This paper used a gender perspective and the method of content analysis to study 90 college students＇ career planning worksinLanzhou University.This paper analyzed the differences between male and female college students＇ career planning from their self-awareness and career goals.The study found that traditional gender awareness had some influence on male and female college students＇ career planning.The most contents of college students＇ self-awareness and career goals conformed to the traditional roles expectation for men and women.Some female college students have surpassed the shackles of traditional gender awareness in some respects and pursued gender equality.
