| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对我国艺术体操优秀人才的流动特征进行研究,结果表明:我国优秀艺术体操人才流动性存在着垂直流动的典型特征;优秀艺术体操人才流动机制尚不成熟是制约我国艺术体操竞技水平发展的重要因素;与其他竞技项目相比艺术体操人才国际流动和水平流动不足。本文对此提出针对性的合理化建议,以期促进我国艺术体操运动长远快速发展。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents and logical analysis,this article researches on the flow characteristics of excellent rhythmic gymnastics athletes in China.The results shows that,there is a vertical mobility characteristics of excellent rhythmic gymnastics athletes in China;compared with the other competitive events our excellent rhythmic gymnastics athlete flow mechanism imperfect,that is an important factor restriction of our rhythmic gymnastics competitiveness development,and provides some rationalize suggestion. |
