| 摘 要： | 自我效能感对学生的学业成绩，身体健康，心理健康有着重要的影响，在提倡素质教育的今天，学术界和理论界应充分重视自我效能感的教育价值，并把它应用到实践中，培养学生自我效能感，以利于提高学生的整体素质。
