| Abstract: | This paper introduced the basic constructions and highlights of training outline for National- Wide Sport Games, explained the designs of training plans and the concrete contents of index for assessment and evaluation, took the tables of periodical training plan and quantitative appraisement as examples combined with the training practices, and raised the problems of outline designs for the National-Wide Sport Games. |
