| 摘 要： | 分析了"一边倒"时期新中国所面临的国内外局势,阐述了建国初期中国的国家利益与"一边倒"战略的形成,在此基础上论述了"一边倒"时期的体育国际发展战略的目标与任务、战略措施与实施,并对战略的实施进行了评估,总结了对新时期中国体育国际发展战略的启示。
