我国教师评价素养的现状初探

摘    要:分析了我国教师评价素养的现状,认为当前我国教师评价素养处于较低的水平,教师在评价意识、知识、技能等方面都严重欠缺。提出了政策支持、意识提升、理解评价培训、自我及同伴评价等具体提升教师评价素养的建议。

Abstract:The status quo of teachers' evaluation literacy in China is analyzed and it is pointed out that Chinese teachers' evaluation literacy is at a low level and teachers are seriously lacking in the awareness, knowledge and skills of evaluation. Some specific developing suggestions of promoting teachers' evaluation literacy are put forward: policy support, consciousness raising, understanding evaluation training and self and companion evaluation.
