| 摘 要： | 分析了我国教师评价素养的现状,认为当前我国教师评价素养处于较低的水平,教师在评价意识、知识、技能等方面都严重欠缺。提出了政策支持、意识提升、理解评价培训、自我及同伴评价等具体提升教师评价素养的建议。

| Abstract: | The status quo of teachers＇ evaluation literacy in China is analyzed and it is pointed out that Chinese teachers＇ evaluation literacy is at a low level and teachers are seriously lacking in the awareness, knowledge and skills of evaluation. Some specific developing suggestions of promoting teachers＇ evaluation literacy are put forward： policy support, consciousness raising, understanding evaluation training and self and companion evaluation. |
