| 摘 要： | “微时代”的到来犹如一把双刃剑,既为高校思想政治理论课三个转化提供了有利机遇,也带来了巨大的挑战。高校思想政治理论课教师素质的高低是思想政治理论课三个转化能否取得成效的关键,同时高校还要注重思想政治理论课实践教学活动保障措施的跟进,这样方能在“微时代”的大潮中逐步有效地推进思想政治理论课的三个转化。
