黑龙江省冰雪文化产业发展策略

黑龙江省具有得天独厚的冰雪资源,发展冰雪产业具有良好的条件。从分析冰雪文化的内涵及冰雪文化与产业的关系入手,并在分析黑龙江省冰雪文化产业存在基础设施落后、宏观调控不够、文化内涵挖掘不够等问题的基础上,提出了发挥政府宏观调控职能、整合冰雪文化资源、建立冰雪艺术人才库、多元化经营和打造冰雪文化产业品牌等策略,以期推动黑龙江省冰雪文化的繁荣和黑龙江省冰雪文化产业的大发展。

Developing Strategy of Ice and Snow Cultural Industry in Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang province has advantaged ice and snow resources,has good conditions for developing ice and snow industry. Starting from the connotation ice and snow culture and the relationships between culture and industry,and based on the analysis of backward infrastructure,not enough macro-control and no deeply discussing the connotation of culture of ice and snow cultural industry in Heilongjiang province,put forward to develop the government control macroscopic function,integrate ice and snow cultural resources,establish the talent pool of iceand snow art, diversification and create ice and snow culture industry brand,in order to promote the prosperity of Heilongjiang ice and snow culture and the development of Heilongjiang ice and snow cultural industry.
