| 摘 要： | 在20世纪90年代末,我国引进循环经济理念,发展循环经济很快就在全国达成共识。在政府的推动下,我国的循环经济发展取得了一些成绩,也存在着不少问题。本文阐述了我国循环经济的发展历程,指出了在现阶段政府推动作用不足是我国循环经济发展的主要问题,并针对问题在完善政府职能、强化政府作用方面提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | There is broad consensus in our country in developing Circular Economy since the concept of Circular Economy was brought in during 1990s.We have made great progress with government's promoting,but there is many problems in developing Circular Economy.This essay elaborates the course of Circular Economy development firstly,points out that the insufficient government impetus it's a main problem in this period,and then gives some suggestions to improve government functions. |
