我国普通高校招生考试制度改革刍议

根据我国现行普通高校招考制度存在的“一考定终身”、对部分考生不公、大多数学生承担不必要的高考负担、高考过热所潜藏的可能风险、应试教育导向、文理分科导致的人才畸形等问题,阐述了这种招考制度改革的必要性和紧迫性,指出要成功地进行现行高校招考制度改革,必须更新教育观、变革人才观、转变升学考试观、调整教育体制和格局,必须坚持人性化、经济性、公正性、综合性、自主性五条基本原则。同时提出了改革的总体思路和近期可采取的过渡性措施,认为改革的方向是要实现选拔精英化、考试经常化、考试中介化、招生自主化。

Meager Opinions on Reforming the Testing and Enrollment System of Chinese Higher Education Institutions

Based on the following problems of the current testing and enrollment system of Chinese higher education institutions such as "deciding the life-long fate just by a single test", inequity for some candidates, unnecessary heavy burdens of tests for many students, hidden risks caused by the mania on National College Entrance Examination, test-oriented tendency, malformation of talents due to the separation of arts and science and so on, the article expounds both the necessity and urgency of reforming the current testing and enrollment systems.
