| 摘 要： | 如何对侦查权进行有效的控制是我国刑事司法实践中的难题。文章试图从一种宏观的视野出发来重新探讨侦查权所涉之问题,并寻求在恰当的语境下,对侦查权之本性、控制的内源性乃至和谐视野下的基本理念进行理论重塑。
