| 摘 要： | 笔者通过对甘肃、新疆、宁夏6个民族县的调研,分别从县域和学校层面,探索近年来西北民族地区农村义务教育经费投入的现状.研究发现:该区域存在教育经费筹资渠道单一、投入差异较大、公用经费比例偏低、贫困生资助力度不够等问题.基于发现的问题,提出了一些改善义务教育经费投入不足的政策建议.

| Abstract: | A study was made on fund investment for rural compulsory education in Northwestern ethnic regions in recent years through an investigation of six ethnic minority counties in Gansu,Xingjiang and Ningxia.The survey showed that in these regions,educational fund is collected through a single channel with a great gap in investment,a low ratio of public expenditure and a shortage of assistance for poverty-stricken students.Based on the findings,the writers put forward some suggestions about how to make up the lac... |
