| 摘 要： | 计算机网络通讯技术的迅猛发展，导致传统的教育教学模式走向网络化、个性化。这就使得网各环境下新型教学模式的构建和Web课程的开发与设计成为摆在教育技术工作面前的一个重要课程。本试图从学习理论出发，提出Web课程的设计理论。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of computer network communication technology is changing the people's life style and learning style with a magical speed; at the same time, it is leading the traditional education mode change to network and individuation. This made building new style of instruct mode under network environment and the design of web course an important topic before teaching staff. This paper try to put forward the theory of web course design from the learning theory. |
