中小学武术教学与培育和弘扬民族精神

教育是培育和弘扬民族精神的基础,在社会主义现代化建设中具有先导性、全局性的作用。为此,应把在未成年人中培育和弘扬民族精神作为办学育人的重要任务,贯穿于国民教育的全过程。自古以来,人们习武的目的不仅仅是强身健体,防身自卫,更重要的是修身养性,以德润身。当今,随着武术运动的大力普及和快速发展,武术的文化内涵影响着社会主义精神文明建设,而中小学武术教学更成为一个重要环节。文章对中小学体育教学中武术教学所特有的教育特点进行研究,结合武术教学对学生进行思想教育,以达到培育和弘扬民族精神的目的。

The Martial Arts Teaching in Elementary and Middle Schools and the National Spirit

Education is the basis of developing national spirit and has the important functions in the socialist society. So the young's education is the important task for developing our national spirit. In the ancient times, people studied martial arts in order to keep fit and protect themselves, while today, with the development of martial arts, the connotation of martial arts has begun to influence the development of our national spirit and the martial arts teaching in the primary and middle schools is the most important part. The paper studies the characteristics of martial arts teaching in the primary and middle school P.E. class, and suggests to combine martial arts teaching with morality education so as to reach the aim of developing our national spirit.
