构建新时期和谐党群关系的思考

和谐党群关系的科学内涵包括三个方面的内在统一：党执政地位的巩固和人民对党领导地位的拥护内在统一；党的执政理念和人民的需求内在统一；党的执政绩效与人民共享执政成果的内在统一。密切联系群众是马克思主义群众观的重要内容，是中国共产党的优良传统和政治优势，反之脱离群众是党执政后的最大危险。构建适合时代发展需要的新型党群关系，具有重要的理论和实际意义。深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动，是构建和谐党群关系的基石；协调多元利益，维护群众利益，是构建和谐党群关系的核心；加强对群众的思想政治教育，是构建和谐党群关系的保障。

On the Construction of Harmonious Party-masses Relationship in the New Period

Scientiifc connotation of the harmonious ties between the party and the masses includes three aspects： Inner unity of the consolidating the Party’s ruling status and the support of people to the Party; Inner unity of the ruling idea and the people’s needs; Inner unity of Party’s governance performance and its result sharing with people. Close ties with the masses is an important content of Marx’s mass view, is Chinese Communist Party’s good tradition and political advantage, and split from the masses is the biggest risk. Constructing new Party-masses relationship for the need of era’s development has theoretical and practical signiifcance. Carrying out the mass line of the party education practice is the cornerstone of building a harmonious Party-masses relationship; coordinating the multiple interests, safeguarding interests of the masses is the core of constructing the harmonious Party-masses relationship; strengthening ideological and political education of the masses is the security of constructing harmonious Party-masses relationship.
