| 摘 要： | 根据高校物资设备采购数量大、品种多、专业设备要求特殊且时效性强等特点,笔者认为,理想的高校物资设备集中采购模式应该是“政府集中采购机构采购与高校采购机构采购相结合”的模式。高校采购机构的操作过程应尽量与政府集中采购机构相一致,并可邀请政府采购人员对采购过程进行监督。

| Abstract: | The college's concentrative purchase of goods and materials or equipment has the features of large quantity,various kinds,and unique request of special facilities,etc.According to the features mentioned above,to the author's opinion,the ideal mode of the college's concentrative purchase should be the one that is combined with the method of government's concentrative purchase and that of the college's.In addition,the process of the college's purchase should comply with the corresponding behavior of the government.In the course of it,the college may invite the people concerned from the government to supervise. |
