南京市部分游泳场所救生员现状调查与研究

运用调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,分析了游泳救生员在救生系统中的地位和功能,从文化程度、年龄结构、工作表现等方面对南京市游泳救生员现状进行调查与分析,结果表明:救生员对专业技能的掌握与对救生器材的掌握存在不足;救生员的考核制度尚不完善;大部分救生员连续工作时间太长;救生员的职业责任感较弱。

The Study on Lifeguard Current Situation in Nan Jing City

Through mathematical statistics,investigation and other methods,the status and functions of the lifeguards is analysis.Results indicate that: Lifeguards on the professional skills to master and the master of life-saving equipment deficiencies;lifeguard's appraisal system is not perfect;most of the lifeguards working for a long time;professional lifeguards' weak sense of responsibility.
