| 摘 要： | 从我国商业银行推进住房抵押贷款证券化的必要性分析入手,指出当前我国存在基本条件不具备、市场体系落后、会计制度和税收制度支持度不够、市场中介机构缺位等方面的问题,结合国外住房抵押贷款证券化的经验提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Beginning with analysing the necessity of promoting the house mortgage loan securitilization of commercial bank in China, the paper points out our country's present problems of the inadequate primary conditions, backward market system, the insufficient support of accounting system and tax system and the market intermediary vacancy, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures combining the experiences of the foreign house mortgage loan securitilization . |
