冰雪运动项目表象训练研究述评

采用文献分析法,从研究涉及的运动项目、研究对象、研究方法等方面对我国冰雪运动领域表象训练的研究现状进行综述。总结出目前研究主要存在研究整体数量偏少,表象训练的研究范围狭窄,较少采用多元化研究方法,研究设计缺乏效度,实验的自变量、因变量指标较为单一等方面问题。指出拓宽研究范围,加强实验设计、提高研究效度,对被试进行表象能力测试,注重本土化研究与本土工具的开发,丰富表象训练效果的评价指标和加强理论探索等研究发展对策。
