高校图书馆小语种图书建设的问题与对策

高校图书馆小语种图书的建设是语言教学和科研的需要、地区研究的需要、文献保障体系建设的需要。但是，目前我国高校图书馆小语种图书建设仍存在缺乏系统建设、书目收集困难、采购渠道不畅、采编人才短缺、联合编目薄弱、共建共享程度不高等问题。针对上述问题，高校图书馆应加强需求调研，制订有针对性的系统建设规划；建立协调采购平台，集合书商书目信息和图书馆采购资源；大力拓展各种非正式采购渠道；共建小语种采编人才库和学科专家库，有效克服语言障碍；统一编目标准和规范，提高共享服务效益。
