| 摘 要： | 中国足球职业化发展过程中，职业足球俱乐部资源的合理利用及其价值最大化是关键问题。从中国职业足球俱乐部壳资源的产生原因和利用效果两个方面对中国职业足球俱乐部的经营和资源的利用状况进行了分析，以期达到真正了解中国职业足球，充分发挥这一资源价值的作用。
