| 摘 要： | 本文针对敏捷供应链的特征，给出了敏捷供应链的构造原则和方法，研究了敏捷供应链的敏捷策略：大规模订制、延迟、业务外包和知识共享，即分析了实施这四种策略的前提条件或要求、困难或障碍、效果以及相互关系，最后以著名的戴尔公司为例探讨了敏捷策略的具体应用。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the characters of agile supply chain, this paper presents its formation methods and agility strategies. Then it studies the strategies: mass customization, postpone, outsourcing and knowledge sharing, i.e., analyses the preconditions or requirements, difficulties or obstacles, effects and correlation. Finally, it discusses the applications of agility strategies based on the famous Dell. |
