| 摘 要： | 从经济学视角去诠释健康城市建设,应包括三个方面的内容:一是培植健康产业,包括环保产业和文化产业,这是健康城市建设所需要的产业支撑;二是发展循环经济,这是健康城市建设应坚持的经济增长方式;三是倡导健康消费,这是健康城市建设所要求的消费方式。本文结合常熟市健康城市建设的经验和做法,对以上三个方面的问题作一初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Interpreting healthy city construction in view of economics includes the following three aspects:the first is cultivating healthy industry,including environment protection and culture industry;the second is developing cyclic economy;the third is proposing healthy consumption.The three aspects above respectively are necessary industry sustentation,economy increasing manner and consumption manner in the construction of healthy city.And all are studied in this essay referring to experiences in Changshu healthy city construction. |
