我国市民社会对非营利性体育组织发展的影响

在界定市民社会内涵的基础上，阐述了国家、市民社会、非营利性社会组织间的联系，指出我国市民社会与国家间的良性互动关系，从非营利性体育组织的非营利性、非政府性、公共性、代表性以及参与性几方面剖析了我国非营利性体育组织存在的问题，分析了我国非营利体育组织发展不成熟的现状，指出其发展滞后的根源在于我国市民社会发育不成熟，并就我国社会发展与市民社会发育作趋势性分析。研究认为，我国政治、经济体制改革的总趋势为市民社会的发育奠定了进一步发展的基础，由此将为我国非营利性体育组织的发展预留出越来越广阔的空间，非营利性体育组织将依托我国市民社会发展美好前景，在我国体育事业发展进程中扮演越来越重要的角色。

Development of Civil Society and Its Effect on NPOs of Sports in China

In this paper,the authors defined the concept of civil society, analyzed the relationship between nation, civil society and NPOs. The authors pointed that there was a good mutual relationship between nation and civil society and the NPOs had some characteristics such as non-profit, non-government, public, representative and participation. After analyzing the immature situation of the development of NPOs of sport in China, the authors drew a conclusion that the main reason which caused the poor developing of NPOs of sports was low developing level of civil society. By analyzing, the authors thought that reformation in politics and economy in China will make a more and more space for civil society, and the NPOs will play more and more role in sport development in China.
