| 摘 要： | 该文首先从分析工科大学毕业生的从业特征人手，说明了工程素质和创新精神是工科大学生应具有的最重要和最基本的素质，指出了工科院校必须注重加强学生工程素质和创新精神的培养，在阐述了工程素质和创新精神的现实内涵及其相互关系，结合电子实训基地的具体实践，介绍了提高大学生工程素质的一些具体实施方案。

| Abstract: | Starting form analyzing work character of engineering graduate, this paper illustrates that engineering quality and innovation spirit is the most important and essential quality, and indicates that engineering academy should pay attention to foster the cultivation of undergraduate engineering quality and innovation spirit. After expatiating on practical connotation about engineering quality and innovation spirit and their correlation, some concrete implementary schemes for improving undergraduate engineering quality are introduced by the concrete practice of electronic training base. |
