Analysis and Research on Specialty Thought and Employment Psychology of P.E.Undergraduates

Undergraduates of physical education specialty are important resource of our country's physical education staff, so their ability will directly influence the flow of quality education and physical education quality. But the problems are the number of college students and universities are increasing while the quality of the undergraduates are becoming poorer and poorer. This essay tries to find the problems and rules by doing research on students' specialty and employment conception. From that, it puts forward ways of education management as well as some tips, in order to help train the students and give consultations for students recruitment and employment.
