长期以来,社会各界密切关注考试的发展和改革,第八次新课改掀取了考试改革的又一次新浪潮。在此种背景之下,在描述对考试与考试制度的社会混淆入手的同时,分析此种误读的社会原因,从而试图运用新课改这一契机对考试制度进行技术改革,赋予考试的本质回归,并呼吁社会从制度、法律和观念上对新课改下考试制度的改革给予积极支持。

How the New Curriculum Reform Adjusts the Variance Tests

Much attention has been paid to the development and reform of tests for quite a long time, while the 8th new curriculum reform led to another wave of reform in tests. In view of this background, the article first describes the confusion between tests and testing institutions, then analyses the social causes of this confusion. The article also advocates that it is necessary to implement reforms on the technology of testing, realize the true meanings of testing, and then support the institutional reform of testing from the perspectives of policy, law and ideology.
